1Where are the orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from the logistics center located in China.

2Are there any shipping costs?

Due to the bulky nature of our products, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3What is the preparation time of my order?

After we receive the cleared payment, we start the preparation of your order. Depending on the current number of orders we have, the preparation may take 1-4 business days.

4How can I track my order?
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your shipping information within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5Can I return my order?

A return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.  

6Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to [email protected]. We will see what is still possible.

7Can I choose the color of the ball pit balls myself?

Of course, you need to contact our customer service to tell us the color you need.

8Is there a possibility to order wholesale quantities?

9How can I change the delivery/billing address once the order is placed?

If you wish to change the delivery or billing address in the already placed order, contact us at [email protected]. We will check at what fulfillment stage your order is, and if it is possible to change the address.
